Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns on Tea Products

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used tea products are generally not eligible for return.

We recommend checking your order carefully immediately after delivery and contacting us if there is any issue with the product.

2. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken or otherwise affected during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide clear photographs or videos of the outer package, shipping label and damaged product so that we can investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

3. Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is different from the product ordered, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the received product.

After verification, Vatavaran may arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

4. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us promptly with your order number and details of the missing product.

Our team may request photographs of the received package to verify the issue.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for eligible situations such as an incorrect product, damaged product or an order issue that cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement.

Refund eligibility is subject to verification by Vatavaran.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider or financial institution.

7. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Products Purchased on Promotional Offers

Products purchased under special promotions, discounts, bundles or promotional campaigns may be subject to additional terms.
